Post Construction cleaning include:

Must have running HOT WATER and ELECTRICITY BEFORE BOOKING

Cleaning entire house/space from top to bottom

• All appliances cleaned (inside and out)
• Baseboards, doors, door knobs, and light panels, trims, window sills and jams cleaned throughout entire house
• Clean cabinets throughout entire house (inside and out )
• Vacuum any carpet  
• Mop floors throughout ( wax upon request )
• sink, faucet, chrome cleaned and polished throughout entire house 
• Windows and sills cleaned throughout entire space (interior only) 
• Countertops cleaned and polished throughout entire space
• All bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitize throughout entire space
• All tape, stickers, scuffs , hand/finger smudges throughout entire space
