End of Tenancy/Deep Cleaning services includes:

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces throughout entire space  
• Sweep and mop all floors
• Vacuuming all carpets
• Clean glass and mirror surfaces throughout 
• Clean all baseboards, frames, doors and panels throughout
• Clean windows and sills  
• Clean all ceiling fans within reach throughout entire space 
• Clean closet spaces 
• Spot clean walls (must request )

Bathrooms: 

• Disinfect and sanitize toilets, sinks, countertops 
• Clean cabinets ( inside and out)
• Wash floors
• Clean, sanitize ,and polish showers and tubs along with fixtures attached

Kitchen:

• Clean stove (inside and out)
• Clean refrigerator with full wipe down (inside and out)
• Wipe cabinets (inside and out )
• Clean microwave (inside and out)
