Post Construction cleaning include:
Must have running HOT WATER and ELECTRICITY BEFORE BOOKING
Cleaning entire house/space from top to bottom
All appliances cleaned (inside and out)
Baseboards, doors, door knobs, and light panels, trims, window sills and jams cleaned throughout entire house
Clean cabinets throughout entire house (inside and out )
Vacuum any carpet
Mop floors throughout ( wax upon request )
sink, faucet, chrome cleaned and polished throughout entire house
countertops cleaned and polished throughout
All bathrooms
will be cleaned and sanitize throughout entire house All tape, stickers, scuffs , hand/finger smudges throughout entire house
Removing all trash inside the home
Removing trash from exterior of home ( upon request)
$200 is the required deposit NOT service price
